To register your child, please complete and return a Registration Form which can be downloaded below.

This must be filled in by someone with parental responsibility for the child to be enrolled. We ask that you provide all the necessary information such as contact numbers, names of those authorised to collect your child, allergies and so on. This will form the basis of your child’s file and ensure that all relevant information is to hand. Strict confidentiality will always be maintained.
