Our Board

Happy Days is a Company Ltd by Guarantee and has been registered as a Charity. In order to fulfil our obligations under Employment, Company and Charity Law we operate robust controls and ensure that good governance practice is embedded in day to day operational management. Our Board meet on a regular basis, current members are:
